Through Project Learn, all areas of the Club are used by staff to create additional opportunities to learn, including reading for leisure, writing activities, discussions with knowledgeable adults, and participating in games such as chess and Scrabble, which develop cognitive skills. Project Learn also emphasizes parental involvement and collaboration between Club staff and school officials to create the best after-school learning environment possible.

This program teaches Club members, ages 8-12 the skills for setting and achieving goals. It also helps them identify their own strengths, and enhances self-esteem by reinforcing progress and recognizing success in realizing their goals. |

This popular program teaches wood crafts skills and tool safety to would-be craftsmen who are 8 to 13 years of age.
